Similar in style of the existing OASIS Villa constructed in 2006, the new OASIS Villa II features three floors with three bedrooms.

 

OASIS Villa II will bear all the luxury of a cozy villa. On the ground floor, it contains a modern kitchen with an adjointed big living room and a large garden dining area as well as a bathroom; the second floor has two double bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms and a large terrace; the third floor situates the master-bedroom with the en-suite bathroom and a large 6 x 2.5 m infinity pool on its terrace.

 

The second floor allows partly and the third floor full sea view, while the ground floor faces the vast garden with many threes.

The two buildings, OASIS Villa II ( in the center in below plan) and OASIS CONDO TOWER (on the left side) are situated within the one Rai (1600 m2) land plot of OASIS Villa I at 11 Soi Patak 18 in Karon-Phuket, about 500 m from the wide beach of Karon.

The entire area will feature next to the existing private swimming pool a big communal pool of about 20 x 7 m, a pool house with bar and gym and a reception counter. Both buildings have underground garages. Additional parking space for visitors is situated at the two entries.
