     RENTAL TERMS

 

• Check-In/Check-Out Time:
  Regular Check-In from 14.00/2 p.m. to 10 p.m./22.00;  Regular Check-Out before 12.00/12 p.m.    Early Check-In: half day rate;  before 08.00/8 a.m.: full day rate.    Late Check-Out: half day rate; after 18.00/6 p.m.: full day rate​.   In case you want to Check-In or Check-Out at another time, kindly announce

• Security Deposit:

          Upon check-in, a  deposit of THB 1000 per person is requested.   If no damages, the amount will be

          returned at check-out.

• Payment of direct Booking

          Bank-transfer of 30% of total amount, the remaining 70% 30 days ahead of check-in.

          If reserved less than 30 days before check-in, full amount is due.

          Deposit will be refunded if a cancellation occurs no less than 30 days prior to check-in.

• No Show​

         In case we don´t get a notice by 12-noon the Check-In date followed day, the rental agreement is void. 

         Changement of date is subject of availability.​

• Extra Bed & Baby Cot

         An additional standard Bed, outside of the indicated ones, is THB  500;  a Baby Cot THB  250/night.                     Kindly announce its requirements at booking.
